URLIFE E26 48V (EU) Electric Bike

The Urlife E26 is phenomenal. The Shimano gears shift perfectly with the motor assist. My one suggestion is about the battery indicator on the LCD. It would be more helpful if it showed a percentage remaining instead of just bars, so I could plan my longer trips with even more precision.

Very beautiful matte black bicycle, rides well, maneuverable and despite being a 250w motor, it delivers decent power. The only thing is that when starting from a stop it doesn't have much acceleration and takes a while to reach 25 km/h. This might be because I got the 36v 13ah version.

The front suspension lock out is a great feature I use on smooth roads. The lever for it is a bit small and stiff to operate with gloves on. A larger more ergonomic lock out lever would make switching between modes much easier.

The battery removal is seamless. The charging port cover on the battery feels a bit flimsy. A more robust rubberized cover with a positive click seal would inspire more confidence in its weatherproofing and durability over hundreds of insertions.

Deeply satisfied with every aspect. The bike is comfortable and fast. For future iterations, integrating a torque sensor instead of a cadence sensor would make the pedal assist feel even more natural and responsive, like an extension of your own power.

I absolutely love my Urlife E26! The 750W motor makes my hilly commute a breeze, and the 100-mile range is no exaggeration. I go a full week without charging. The suspension is great for bumpy roads. My only small suggestion would be to include a better quality kickstand, as the current one feels a bit wobbly on uneven ground. Overall, a fantastic bike that has changed my daily life.

The bike is a head turner. Ive had many people ask about it. It would be fantastic if the company provided a QR code on the frame linking to a digital copy of the manual spec sheet and even tutorial videos for assembly and maintenance.

The 7 speed drivetrain is perfectly matched to the motor. My suggestion is regarding the gear indicator on the display. It does not show which gear you are in. Adding a simple gear number readout next to the assist level would be very helpful for planning shifts.

I am delighted with the performance. The paint color is beautiful. Offering a matte finish option in addition to the current glossy finish would cater to different aesthetic preferences and potentially hide minor scratches better.

I use this bike for weekend adventures on rail trails. A mounting point for a bottle cage on the seat tube is missing as mentioned. Even more adding bosses on the front fork for cargo cages would unlock serious bikepacking potential for this capable bike.

I am very satisfied with the purchase. The bike shop that assembled it for me noted that the stock brake rotors are on the thinner side. Upgrading to thicker 2.0mm rotors would improve heat dissipation and brake performance under heavy sustained use.

The build quality feels premium. After a month of daily use I noticed some paint chipping on the chainstay from chain slap. Including a clear protective film in the box for the buyer to apply to high wear areas would be a thoughtful and practical accessory.

The rear rack is incredibly sturdy. Its design makes it slightly difficult to use some styles of bungee cords. Adding small loops or hooks on the underside of the rack would make securing odd shaped loads much simpler and more secure.

Thrilled with my purchase! The ride quality, range, and overall value are outstanding. It handles my 230 lb frame with ease. One area for improvement: the seat, while decent, could be more comfortable for very long rides over an hour. I ended up swapping it for a gel seat. If they included a premium comfort saddle as an option, it would be perfect.

The tires provide a good balance of speed and comfort. For winter riding I would love to see stud compatible tire options offered by the company. This would make the bike a true all season vehicle for those in icy climates.

The range and power are absolutely truthful. This bike is a blast. It would be helpful if the user manual included a basic troubleshooting guide for common minor issues, like brake adjustment or error codes on the display.

Love, love, love this bike! It handles everything I throw at it. My suggestion is for the company to sell optional color kits or frame decals. I love the black, but offering more personalization options would let riders express their style even more.

I received the bike in 2 days. I am happy with the bike, easy to assemble and fun to ride.

The mechanical disc brakes are easy to maintain. The stock brake pads wore down quicker than I expected. Including a spare set of brake pads in the tool kit would be a generous touch and ensure riders arent caught out when they need a replacement.
