URLIFE E20 (UK) Electric Bike

The package has arrived in good condition. Inside, it clearly states a Koolux BK6 on the assembly instructions but it's impossible to distinguish the difference between a Koolux KB6 and a Koolux BK6S 4.0. I ordered a BK6S and the manual is for a BK6. On the other hand, the battery is indeed a 48V13AH.

Assembling the elements does not pose a problem. All accessories are in the carton.

I have conducted functionality tests, everything is fine but I haven't tested it on the road yet.

On the other hand, I am very disappointed because I ordered the blue color, paid for it, and the seller contacted me to say that they are out of stock. Other colors are available at a different price that the seller cannot refund me. We need to cancel the order and place another one. It's wasted time.

The bike is as it appears in the pictures and I like it.
the box arrived open and closed with zip ties, so not finding:
the pump, the chain to tie it and the reflectors, I don't know if they were present before shipping or not.
I'm not sure about the model received because there's a generic BK6 (?). and I don't understand the power of the engine
it should have been 750 w, but in the instructions it talks about 250 w
It's a big difference, so I'm a bit perplexed.

Good morning. I have to compliment the seller, the e-bike arrived in Italy in 5 days. About two hours to remove it from the packaging and assemble it. The battery arrives charged at 3/4. I tried it and I am very satisfied, it's well-crafted in detail, the tires seem to hold the road well, the shock absorbers are very comfortable and it's easy to drive. It's my first e-bike and I can't make comparisons, but I find it very fast, it helps a lot uphill, almost feels like a scooter. Very satisfied with the price. Now I will try it to see the battery life and how it performs over time. If there are any updates, I will let you know. The set also includes a pump and a chain with a combination lock. I do not recommend the purchase, and I noticed that the seller is always available to respond. Happy shopping

First of all, the speed with which the Hitway Bk2 e-bike was shipped is incredible (ordered on the evening of the 24th). 8. 2025 and arrived on the morning of the 27th. 8. 2025: it was shipped directly from Italy in my case, while the delivery location was in Fiumicino). The seller was very helpful and quick in providing information about the after-sales warranty for the battery and other components in case there are any issues. Regarding the e-bike, I admit that when folded it is very convenient to put in the car, but it becomes more complicated on means of transport like the subway, especially if the escalators are not working (it's not extremely heavy, but it's not light either). Otherwise, it is a very pleasant and fun e-bike to ride with 5 speed modes, allowing you to travel comfortably even without pedal assistance with the '0' mode. However, what led me to buy it was the price, which was significantly lower than other e-commerce platforms. Recommended!

Excellent product. Very fast and good on uphill slopes. It can be used both with pedal and accelerator. Declared power is 250W but it's definitely not 250W or more. The seller is a very kind and helpful person in providing information about shipping and availability. Recommended product.

Love my new URLIFE E20 e-bike! The battery life is fantastic for my city commutes, but the seat could be a bit more comfortable for longer rides.

Arrived next day. Very impressed with the quality would say it comparable to my sister's fiido bike that cost alot more

Can do 25mph in full power mode when derestricted (on private land) and have ridden 15miles and still shows half battery.

I'm upto 100miles on the odo with no issues other than a puncture from a piece of metal so can't really fault the bike for that.

Would definitely recommend to anyone for commuting or family fun

It arrived well, well packaged, the only downside is that it doesn't come with the lock and inflator, it comes with a small pump and an extension that I don't know what it's for, I'll ask the seller.

It seems to be a used battery that is installed and ready, and I cannot remove it from its place, and the packaging is not as it was when I bought the bike a month ago.
